We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your Forma account at any time directly from the app.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the Forma App

Launch the Forma app on your mobile device.

Go to Profile

Navigate to your profile section in the app.

Access Account Settings

Tap on "Account" to access your account settings.

Delete Account

Select "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation prompts.

Important Information

  • • Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone
  • • All your data including meal logs, workout history, and progress will be permanently removed
  • • You will lose access to all personalized recommendations and meal plans
  • • This action cannot be reversed - you would need to create a new account to use Forma again
